Sōndra Banfield Dailey

Prior to moving to El Paso, Sōndra Banfield Dailey owned and operated Banfield Design Group, an interior design firm that successfully completed projects for a number of residential clients, businesses and educational institutions in the greater Baltimore area. She also pursued her lifelong love of dance through Joyworks Ministries and as director of Dance for Joy, the dance ministry of Faith Christian Fellowship in Owings Mills, Maryland. From 1992-2000, Mrs. Dailey served on the board of trustees of St. Paul's School, an independent boys' school in Brooklandville, Maryland. She now serves as secretary of the board of Kids Excel El Paso, an educational dance program serving a number of schools in El Paso. She is also a member of the board of the FEMAP Foundation, which supports programs providing health services, economic development, and entrepreneurial training for marginalized populations in the El Paso/Mexico border region.

She is the owner and principal designer of Loopworks, a company that designs and creates hand-knitted accessories, such as bookmarks, eyeglass cases, fancy facecloths and ties.
